- Fill with ice cubes
- ½ oz. rum
- ½ oz. gin
- ½ oz. triple sec
- ½ oz. vodka
- Dash of sweet & sour mix (a mixture of lemon juice concentrate and water
- Fill with coke
- TIP: The practical way to make a Long Island Ice Tea is to stir it well before serving your cocktail: stir until the cocktail becomes a light brown hue. However, if you want to emphasize attractiveness, leave the cocktail unstirred; your drink should have a layered appearance, starting with the lemon-yellow of the sweet & sour mix at the base and blending into the dark brown of the coke.
After Dark Martini
2 oz Vodka
1 oz De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - White
1/2 oz De Kuyper Crème De Menthe - Green
1/2 oz Martini Dry
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into glass.
Classic Martini
1.5 oz Gin
1 oz Martini Dry
Shake ingredients together well in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass and serve. Garnish with sliver of lemon peel if desired.
Egg Custard Martini
2 oz Vodka
0.5 oz Bourbon
1 oz Warninks Advocaat
1 Teaspoon Sugar Syrup
Shake all the ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.

1 oz Gin
1 oz De Kuyper Blue Curacao
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Grapefruit Juice
Shake all the ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and fine strain into a chilled Martini glass.
Azure Martini
2 oz Gin
1 oz De Kuyper Triple Sec
1 oz De Kuyper Blue Curacao
Stir ingredients together with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a single Maraschino cherry dropped into the glass.
White Nile Martini
1/2 oz De Kuyper Triple Sec
1/2 oz De Kuyper Crème De Cacao - Brown
1 oz Amarula Cream
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a martini glass garnished with chocolate powder around the rim. Garnish with maltesers and orange zest if desired.
Toffee Martini
1 oz Vodka
1 oz De Kuyper Butterscotch Caramel
1 oz De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur
Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and stir gently. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Sour Apple Martini
1.5 oz Vodka
1/4 oz De Kuyper Triple Sec
1/2 oz De Kuyper Sour Apple Liqueur
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Resolute Martini
2 oz Gin
1 oz De Kuyper Apricot Brandy
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/4 oz Sugar Syrup
Shake all the ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a zest of lemon if desired.
French Martini
2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz De Kuyper Raspberry Liqueur
2.5 oz Pineapple Juice
Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and serve.
Bourbon Stone Martini
1.5 oz Bourbon
1 oz De Kuyper Dry Orange
1 oz Orange Juice
1 Teaspoon white Sugar
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
Shake with cubed ice and strain into a martini glass
Long Island Ice Tea
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
3/4 oz sweet and sour mix
Fill with Coca-Cola
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.

2 oz vodka
8 limes wedges
1 tsp sugar
Crush sugar into the lime wedges with a spoon. Place the lime wedges in the bottom of an 8 oz. glass. Cover with crushed ice, fill glass with vodka, and serve.
Margarita
1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lime juice

Rum the rim of a cocktail glass with lime juice, and dip in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the glass, and serve.
Fruit Daiquiri
2 oz white rum
1/2 oz white creme de cacao
1/2 oz fruit liqueur
1 cup fruits
Pour the rum, creme de cacao and one cup of crushed ice into a blender. Add the fruit liqueur and peeled fruit, to your choosing (use the same flavor for both) and blend well. Pour into an exotic glass; hurricane or equivalent, and serve.
Pina Colada
1 oz Rum
1/2 oz Malibu
8 oz Pineapple Juice
dash of cream
Add all of the above ingredients to a blender with plenty of crushed ice, and blend well. Pour into a hurricane glass, garnish as desired and serve.

2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz orange juice
Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice. Fill with equal measures of cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir.

First add half a shot of Midori Melon Liqueur, then pour Kahlua to top it off.
